Cleaning Schedule and Policy

Dear Members,

For the sake of efficiency and clarity, I want to explain a few points regarding the cleaning of Christ Community Church. We are very fortunate to be able to use this beautiful church for our group. So far, they have been generally pleased with our efforts to keep the facility cared for. Let’s keep up the good work!

There are three clipboards with all of the cleaning assignments, supplies needed, and where you can find supplies. The clipboards are kept with the board member who is locking up. PLEASE read through all the check points as you go along in your cleaning duties.  I have put a lot of thought into how to make the cleaning as efficient as possible, but it only works if it is followed.

Do not leave until you have passed off your chart with the board member in charge.

It is not possible to keep the building clean with lots of members still there. You will need to plan to stay until all the cleaning is done and most people have gone home.

Here is the cleaning schedule:

Cleaning Assignment Chart

Everyone has been assigned a slot.  Please check the date you are given & mark your calendar.  If the date will not work for you, it is your responsibility to find someone to trade with.

Remember that it is all our responsibility to keep the building in good condition (and part of our Membership Agreement). If we each commit to take our turn, then no one needs to come more than once per semester.

Also, for the sake of those who are cleaning each week, please move all your things out of the rooms as soon as possible and place them in the front foyer until you are ready to go. Check to see if you have forgotten anything.

Thank you all for our wonderful community. I know our families are greatly blessed by our communion with each other and our efforts to provide an uplifting, inspiring environment for them to grow.

Sincerely,

iFamily Board
