April’s President Message
iFamily State of the Organization – April 22, 2013 Our organization has seen a lot of growth in the last year. When we first founded iFAMILY in 2010 we had around 30 families attending. We now have 58 families with many more interested. With these current 58 families, we have nearly 200 children, many of them attending classes. We had 46 mentors this year with 25 being NEW mentors who have stepped up and added their talents to the success of iFAMILY. There were 51 Mom Schools offered throughout this year. Dear iFamily, Our website is up and working again! — thank you Jessica. There have been a couple adjustments to the schedule. Student Government has been canceled and some of the classes have changed times to better accommodate the Mentors’ schedules. Please take a look and make sure you are aware of any changes that may affect your plans. Also, class registration will open on August 20th at 8:00 am. Make sure that you have your Member Agreement and Standards of Moral Conduct submitted by the 15th. Names of eligible families will be given to the Mentors before registration, so if you miss the deadline, you will not be given priority. This is the only...

Greetings Members! We have some business to discuss as we get geared up for another great year at iFamily. First, after having operated under our adopted bylaws for a year we have gained an appreciation for how well thought out and written they are. However, we have also been able to identify some areas that we believe could be improved. The board has been pondering and discussing and we have some proposed amendments for you all to consider. They are posted on the website in the header menu under “Documentation”. We will be holding an Adult Member Meeting on August 27th from 2:00-4:00 at the Rigby City Library to present the proposals for your vote....

Fall Class Proposals
Hello iFamily Moms & Dads! It is time to start thinking about what you may want to inspire and teach our children this fall at iFamily. If you have a topic or interest that you just love, chances are, someone would love to learn it from you! To teach a class, you will need to fill out a Mom School Proposal Form and turn it in to the Board by Mon. June 25th. Your proposal must be received by this date in order for consideration in the fall class schedule.
